2019 Greenock Creek Sparkling Shiraz 750ml White Wine Fermentation on skins contributes textureThis old vine Shiraz vineyard is located on the rolling hills and gullies of Marananga from a site that is adjacent our own Estate. The cooling gully breezes of this site allows slow ripening and a freshness of fruit profile that as ideal to produce this Method Champenoise style wine. The base wine was matured in American oak barrels for 1 year to develop richness and nutty oak nuances, before it was secondary fermented in bottle. After 3 years of
