We are crosswalking the NDCs crosswalked to J0578 ( Injection, buprenorphine extended release (brixadi), greater than 7 days and up to 28 days of therapy ) to the drug component of our existing bundled payment for injectable buprenorphine described by HCPCS code G2069 and calculating the drug component using a volume-weighted ASP of all NDCs crosswalked to HCPCS codes J0578 and Q9991 (which are the same NDCs crosswalked to HCPCS code Q9992)
