Exploring one evening I went to the backside of Green Mountain and as I crossed C-470 I noticed the traffic flowing in the darkness of the night

With the warm temperatures the few days before this the accumulated snow did not amount to much but even so I grabbed my camera and headed out into the city

In late summer 2009 I took part in a Team in Training event which included a final hike in Rocky Mountain National Park

The current cathedral was built from 1909-1911

Mile High Reflection Presentation:Matted Exploring one evening I wentThere are many indicators of Denver being the Mile High City, but the one most known is on the steps of the State Capitol. As I walked by the capitol after some earlier rain, I noticed a puddle on the steps and the reflection being cast when standing in one position. The puddle was in a perfect spot to frame the steps with the reflection of the step stating "One Mile Above Sea Level".
