Frequently Asked Questions for Disciples Infernaux norba (the General Staff option only
How should I interpret a seller's deadline when the time zone is unclear?
Ask about a date written in an unfamiliar numerical format. Ask which timestamp the seller uses to assess timely submissions.
How should I interpret a sample, preview, or demonstration of a product?
If an example is customized, ask whether the same arrangement is available to you. Treat the example as useful evidence within its stated scope rather than a complete guarantee.
What should I clarify before asking to separate parts of an order?
Do not assume promotions remain unchanged after dividing the purchase. Keep important instructions attached to the correct portion of the order.
