The 3328 camera tracking mount base has a built in bubble level, allows for altitude adjustments from zero to 90 degrees as well as azimuth adjustments of + 5 degrees. The base attaches to a camera tripod with 3 8 threads, or 1 4 threads if you use a 3 8' 1 4' thread converter (sold separately). The saddle accepts Vixen
