Black Bull Peated Edition Prosecco Palate: Pineapple upside down cakeReleased in 2020, Black Bull Peated is made up of 50% malt and 50% grain whiskies. A blend of single malts from Highland and Speyside that Black Bull is known for with the rich, intense and smoky flavours of Islay and the West Coast of Scotland. Non chillfiltered and bottled at 50%. Nose: Immediate dry smoke, a light saline touch, dark malty tones with green apples and brown sugar beneath the smoke. Palate: Earthy peat, roasted salt nuts, some citrus,
