2023 Sinapius Close Planted Pinot Noir 750ml Francesco Today the winery is overseenHandpicked from two high density, northeast facing blocksLa Clairire and The Enclaveplanted with 7,700 vines per hectare. With volcanic soils, 12 distinct Pinot Noir clones, and extremely low yields (<0. 5kg per vine 30hl ha), the decision to blend both blocks was made, as it created a wine more complete than the sum of its parts.
